Immediately upon entering, the good finish and the pleasant atmosphere are striking.

The living area is located at the rear with direct access to the sunken balcony, which is located on the South. This large and sunny outdoor space is really an extension of your living room!
The current layout allows you to place your furniture in different ways, which is partly made possible by the location of the kitchen.

The dark kitchen with an industrial look was chosen with care in 2012 and has been very well maintained since then. The kitchen is of course equipped with the necessary built-in appliances such as a gas stove with design extractor hood (recirculation), oven, fridge and separate freezer and of course a dishwasher. There is sufficient storage space available.

In the other corner of the living room there is a separate room for washing machine and dryer and the central heating room, where you can conveniently store some things such as the vacuum cleaner or a laundry rack.
