The houseboat *EMERGO has been renovated in the past couple of years with care and taste by the current owners who lived there for about 13 years. The ark, approx. 20,00 x 4,00 m, was built in 1965, but looks modern and contemporary after a thorough renovation. All the windows and the window frames are made from synthetic materials and have an isolating glazing. The wood skeleton is completely isolating.

The interior is completely modern with, among other things, nice oak floors, beam ceilings and completed walls. There is a sliding door in the living room that leads you to a big terrace with view over the Angstel, a dock for a boat and stairs for swimming.
A beautiful , modern wood burner central in the lounche area, the living room is 9,00 x 3,70 m and contains a modern open L-shaped kitchen with a ceramic cooker, combi-oven, dishwasher and built-in cool-freeze combination (2016).
